Using the chocolate cupcake recipe in my previous post, but not including the cocoa powder and add a tiny bit of vanilla extract into the batter. Aaaand.. as usual i poured too much batter into the cupcake tins, so they look pretty much like fat mushrooms. But the texture of the cake is very beautiful. It is soft and fluffy. In the picture abovem that is the only one that has much better shape than the others. Spread a little bit of cream cheese and decorate it with colorful sweets.Monday, 9 May 2011
