It was Saturday morning, and all i wanted to have is a couple of warm tasty pancakes with maple syrup. I used to watch my Mom making pancakes from scratch when i was a kid. I guess you already knew that making pancake is one of the easiest thing to do :)
You will need:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
How to make:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in milk and oil. Mix them until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides,
- Serve them while they're still warm/ hot.
