from a long time ago, i've been wanting to create something delicious. i love to cook, but i hate to cook based on recipes and instructions. so usually, i just create my own recipe. but then i realized that i need something to do in my spare time. something useful, to create something that will make people smile. so at the beginning of 2011, i decided that i have one more goal in my life: to learn how to bake.
i promise to myself i will be very careful reading the recipes, instructions, and all. and here, i will post some of the delicious cakes recipes and of course, some pictures too.
so, welcome to my blog where i will share my experiences in baking cakes, cookies, and such.
and if you have any advice, you'll be much appreciated.
